We finally got back to the hotel from our long trip after visiting the Barron Canyon Trail, Algonquin Park. As we settled down and got comfy in our hotel room, the sounds started to settle in.

I noticed an ominous whirling/humming sound and was trying to pin point where it was coming from. After trying to determine the sound, it turned out to be this tiny mini fridge, tucked away underneath the TV stand.

The sound would just resonate throughout the whole room and just sounded so weird/creepy.

With some post-processing or even on it's own, this would be suitable for making some unsettling sound designs.
