This consists of recordings from Herb Down Conservation area. It’s a nice peaceful forest area, just north of Whitby, Ontario, Canada. In the morning, you can hear birds chirping, light dog barks in the distance from the dog park near the parking lot, and the occasional person(s) walking as well.

Going further into the conservation area, you start to encounter less people, 10-15 minutes at times, and it becomes a peaceful quietness with just the wind, birds, and trees making sounds.

This wasn’t to far from where Jess and I live, so it was really nice to be able to just drive about 15 minutes away to capture some beautiful forest sounds.
